Review a failed post
Overview
Use publish evidence to understand why a post did not publish.
Before you start
- The post appears with failed status.
- You can access Publishing.
Complete the workflow
- Go to Publishing.
- Open list or kanban.
- Select the failed post.
- Review Target validation.
- Review Publish job and attempt evidence.
- Check Provider operations for failed or blocked status.
Review the result
You should see the failed attempt and any visible provider status.
Troubleshooting
- If no evidence is loaded, refresh Publishing.
- If the connection is unknown or disconnected, open Providers.
