OASIS Terms of Service

Service and agreement

OASIS is a social media and communications management service provided by VAU Solutions, LLC under the Usatii Media brand. These terms govern use of OASIS. By accepting these terms or using OASIS after they are presented to you, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization. A signed agreement or order form with VAU Solutions, LLC controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Authorized access

Use OASIS only for accounts and organizations you are authorized to manage. Keep your sign-in methods secure, assign appropriate staff permissions, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Your organization is responsible for its users and the instructions they submit through its workspace.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide OASIS and carry out your authorized instructions, including publishing to connected services. You must have the rights and permissions required for uploaded media, music, personal information, and communications. Review the content, destination accounts, visibility, schedule, and approvals before publishing. You remain responsible for what you publish and for complying with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

Connected services

Connecting an account authorizes OASIS to access that provider within the permissions you grant. Availability depends on the provider, your account permissions, app approvals, API limits, media processing, and service availability. Not every provider supports every action or media format. A submitted upload may still be processing or may be rejected; consult the recorded provider result. Deleting or archiving a local record does not necessarily delete content from a connected service. You can revoke OASIS access through the provider's account settings.

OASIS uses YouTube API Services. Users of the YouTube integration agree to the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Other connected platforms' terms also apply when you use their services.

Acceptable use

Do not use OASIS for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, infringement, spam, deceptive engagement, unauthorized account access, or attempts to bypass provider restrictions. Do not upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or access another customer's data without authorization.

Privacy and records

Our Privacy Policy at https://oasis.usatii.com/legal/privacy explains how we handle personal information. Workspace content, provider receipts, and audit records are processed to operate the service and follow authorized retention settings and applicable obligations. Any separately agreed data processing addendum controls the processing it covers. Contact us through https://oasis.usatii.com/contact for access, export, deletion, or privacy requests.

Fees and availability

Charges, subscription periods, cancellation rights, service levels, and support commitments are those stated in your accepted order form or separate agreement. These terms do not create additional charges or a service-level guarantee. Features and integrations may change as the product and third-party services change. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular publication time, audience reach, engagement, or continued availability of a third-party API. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Suspension and ending use

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address unauthorized use, security risks, unlawful activity, provider requirements, or a material breach of these terms, subject to any separate agreement and applicable law. You may stop using the service and request account closure through our contact page. Ending use does not automatically remove posts already published to third-party services. Existing payment and recordkeeping obligations remain governed by your agreement and applicable law.

Updates and contact

We will identify the effective date of updated terms and provide notice of material changes before they take effect for existing customers, except when immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.
