This policy covers information for which Usatii Media determines the purposes and means of processing. Customer content processed on behalf of an organization is governed by that organization’s agreement with Usatii Media.

Connected social accounts
When you connect a social account, OASIS processes the account identifiers and profile details returned by the provider, authorization credentials, content you upload or publish, and provider responses. Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, it may also process comments, messages, interactions, and performance metrics. We use this information to operate the features you request and maintain connection, publishing, and audit records. Authorization credentials are stored encrypted on the server and used to make authorized provider requests.

Provider privacy and revoking access
Your selected content and related metadata are transmitted to the connected provider when you use its publishing or communications features. The provider's own privacy policy governs its processing. For the YouTube integration, Google's Privacy Policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and you can revoke OASIS access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may request deletion of OASIS-held connected-account data through our contact page, subject to applicable retention and legal obligations. Revoking access or deleting OASIS data does not itself delete content already published on a provider.
