Create a post

Use this guide to start a new draft from Publishing.

Before you start

  • You have Create posts access.
  • A Brand is selected.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Publishing.
  2. 2Choose Calendar, list, or kanban.
  3. 3Choose Brand.
  4. 4Choose Account target.
  5. 5Click New.
  6. 6Write the Post caption.
  7. 7Click Save.

Result

The new post is selected in Composer.

If it does not work

  • If you see Get create access, ask an admin for Create posts.
  • If Brand is empty, create or choose a brand.
  • Contact support if the issue continues.
