Create your first post

Use this guide to create a draft with a brand, account target, caption, and optional asset.

Before you start

  • You can access Publishing.
  • A Brand is available.
  • A posting account is available.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Publishing.
  2. 2Open Calendar or list.
  3. 3Choose Campaign if needed.
  4. 4Choose Brand.
  5. 5Choose Account target.
  6. 6Click New.
  7. 7Enter Post caption in Composer.
  8. 8Click Save.

Result

The draft appears in Publishing with the draft status.

If it does not work

  • If New is disabled, check create access and Brand.
  • If no account appears, go to Admin / Governance and open Providers.
  • Contact support if the issue continues.
