Approve or reject a post

Use this guide to review submitted content and approve it for scheduling or publishing.

Before you start

  • You can approve posts.
  • The post status is in_review.

Steps

  1. 1Go to Publishing.
  2. 2Select the post with workflow in_review.
  3. 3Review the Composer text.
  4. 4Review Target validation.
  5. 5Click Approve.

Result

The post workflow changes to approved.

If it does not work

  • If Approve is disabled, the post may not be in review.
  • If validation is invalid, ask the operator to update the post.
  • Contact support if the issue continues.
